Booking and payment

• The reservation is only confirmed once Résidence Callas has received a deposit or full payment, depending on the booking conditions.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card or cash upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.

Cancellation and changes

• Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: Deposit is fully refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: Deposit is not refundable.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
• Changes to the reservation can only be made by appointment and are subject to availability.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out: latest by 11:00 AM
• Late check-out can be arranged by prior arrangement and for a fee.

Residence and responsibilities

• Résidence Mart'ins reserves the right to charge for any damage caused to rooms or hotel property.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors.
• Pets are not allowed.

Disclaimer

• Résidence Mart'ins does not accept responsibility for guests' personal belongings during their stay.
• The hotel cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, government intervention, etc.).
